Work Permit – Work in Canada Legally & Successfully

Canada offers various work permit programs for foreign nationals to gain valuable experience, support Canadian employers, or reunite with family. Whether you’re applying through an LMIA-based job offer or are eligible for an open work permit, Flyworld Immigration is here to guide you through the process with licensed expertise.
Our team handles all aspects of your work permit application with accuracy, care, and compliance with IRCC requirements.

Types of Work Permits We Handle

1. LMIA-Based Work Permit (Employer-Specific)
This is for individuals who have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer who has received a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).

Who is eligible:
Foreign nationals with a job offer from a Canadian employer
Employer must demonstrate a genuine need and that no Canadian is available to fill the role
The job must meet wage, duties, and occupation standards
We assist both employers and employees with the LMIA and work permit process.

2. Open Work Permit (No LMIA Required)
An Open Work Permit allows you to work for any employer in Canada without a job offer or LMIA.

Common open work permit categories:
Spouse of a student (Specific cases) or skilled worker
Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) after completing studies in Canada
Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) for PR applicants
International Experience Canada (Working Holiday)
