Family Sponsorship – Reunite with Your Loved Ones in Canada

At Flyworld Immigration, we understand that family is everything. Whether you’re sponsoring a spouse, child, or parent, Canadian immigration law provides multiple pathways to help families stay together.

Led by RCIC-IRB Jaspreet Kaur, we guide you through each step of the Family Class Sponsorship process with compassion, accuracy, and a deep understanding of IRCC regulations.

✅ Who Can You Sponsor?

You may be eligible to sponsor the following family members to become permanent residents of Canada:

🔹 Spouse, Common-Law, or Conjugal Partner
Must be 18 or older
Genuine relationship (not primarily for immigration purposes)
Can be sponsored from inside or outside Canada (inland/outland)

🔹 Dependent Children
Under 22 years of age
Not married or in a common-law relationship
Children with disabilities may be eligible past age 22

🔹 Parents and Grandparents (PGP)
Must apply through the PGP process during intake periods
Financial eligibility required (Minimum Necessary Income)

If you cannot sponsor parents under PGP, you may be able to bring them on a Super Visa.

Required Documents for Sponsorship Applications

For the Sponsor:
- Proof of status in Canada (PR card, Canadian passport, etc.)
- Relationship documents (marriage certificate, birth certificates, etc.)
- Proof of income (NOA, Option C, employment letters)
- IMM sponsorship forms
- Police clearance (if required for PGP)

For the Applicant (person being sponsored)
- Valid passport
- Identity and civil documents
- Medical exam
- Police certificates
- Photos
- Forms for PR application

⚠️ Disclaimer: Additional documents may be required depending on the type of sponsorship, country of residence, previous marital history, or immigration background. Each case is evaluated individually by IRCC.

Spousal Sponsorship (Inland vs. Outland)

Inland Sponsorship: If your spouse is in Canada, you may also apply for an Open Work Permit while the application is in process. Outland Sponsorship: If your spouse is outside Canada. Often faster for travel purposes. We’ll help you determine the best route for your situation.

Who Is Eligible to Sponsor?

You may sponsor if:

You’re 18+ years old
You’re a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
You’re not receiving social assistance (except for disability)
You meet income requirements (for PGP)
You agree to a sponsorship undertaking
